We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kemet Cotton purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is exceptional.
Once an order has been placed, it enters our automated fulfilment system and cannot be cancelled. This is because items move into picking, packing, and dispatch queues immediately to keep delivery times short.
If you change your mind after placing an order, the fastest path is to wait until the parcel arrives and follow the return process below for a refund.
In exceptional cases where a cancellation is possible before dispatch, a 25% restocking fee applies to cover the work already done by our warehouse team. Please email support@kemetcotton.com as soon as possible if you need to request one.
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. We believe in the quality of our products and want you to have time to experience the luxury and comfort of Kemet Cotton.
All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the returned parcel.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process and specify your desired exchange item in your return request.
We will process your exchange once we receive your return. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount to your original payment method.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@kemetcotton.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items and cover all associated costs.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about return procedures.
