If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return unused items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange under our Return Policy. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a UK or EU consumer and does not replace them.
We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship when they reach you. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect — for example, uneven hems, weaving faults, colour inconsistency from the listing, or damage on arrival — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including return shipping where applicable. This covers defects present at the point of delivery; it does not cover normal wear, misuse, washing damage, or colour fade from incorrect laundering.
To protect the life of the fabric, we recommend: wash before first use, separate by colour family, machine wash warm (up to 40°C / 105°F), avoid fabric softeners and bleach, tumble dry low or line dry, and do not overload the drum. Following these instructions helps preserve the pile, absorbency, and edge stitching.
Email support@kemetcotton.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We aim to respond within two business days and will confirm the resolution in writing. For guarantees that require a return, follow the instructions in our Return Policy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. UK and EU consumers have the right to reject goods that are not as described, unfit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality.
