We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value required - every order ships free to your door.

This includes all our luxury towels, bath robes, and bath accessories, delivered directly to your home with no additional shipping fees.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Some of our items ship from our facilities in Egypt, while other select items ship from our manufacturing partners in China. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery depending on the item and destination.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
