Standard shipping is free on orders over $99. Orders below that ship for a flat rate.
Express shipping is available at checkout for $39.95, with delivery in 3-5 business days. Standard delivery estimates are unchanged and listed below.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Our 600 GSM Signature Collection (towels, bath mats, and robes) is woven and shipped from our production partner in Egypt. Our 700 GSM Reserve Collection is woven and shipped from the same mill in Egypt. Country of origin is listed on each product detail page. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery depending on the item and destination.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We will keep you updated if there are any significant delays.
We use trusted international shipping partners including Aramex, FedEx, and local postal services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.
All packages are carefully packaged to protect your luxury items during transit. We use premium packaging materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

We ship worldwide, and every order is sent with all duties and import taxes paid. The price you see at checkout is the full price. There is nothing to pay on delivery, and your parcel will never be held by customs for payment.
If a carrier ever asks you for a customs or import charge on a Kemet Cotton parcel, do not pay it. Contact us at support@kemetcotton.com with your order number and we will sort it out directly with the carrier.
Customs clearance can occasionally add a day or two to delivery times, but it never adds to the cost.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@kemetcotton.com. Changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
While we take great care in packaging your orders, occasionally packages may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at support@kemetcotton.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or processing a refund.
For lost packages, please allow 10 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will communicate any expected delays on our website and in our email communications.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
